Enrollment Procedures
New Student and Transferees

1. Admission Committee – For evaluation and presentation of documents for enrollment.

2. Department / College – Issuance of the enrollment form, assignment of subjects and approval of enrollment by the teacher (in charge of the enrollment)

3. Plotting of class schedule on the enrollment form based on the posted schedule of classes. The students must follow the pre-requisite requirement in enrolling the subjects.

4. Civic Welfare Training Services and Literacy Training Services Section – For registration of courses. Female and male students are required to choose and enroll in any of the three courses.

5. Physical Education Department – Assignment of Physical Education Subjects

6. Accounting Department – Assessment and payment of enrollment

7. Management Information System – Encoding of subjects enrolled
