International Peace Leadership College is a mission oriented school owned by the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity (HAS-UWC) otherwise known as Unification Church Philippines. Its original main campus was at the Maya Maya Cor. Santana Drives, Victoria Valley Subdivision, Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City, Province of Rizal. The Former Unification Theological Seminary-Asia (UTS-Asia) campus was headed by the late Atty. Celso C. Talaba.
